Advances in Hass avocado irrigation scheduling under digital agriculture approach

Under tropical conditions, Hass avocado irrigation is a controversial issue due to insufficient scientific evidence. The rapid progression of technological advances and its incorporation in agriculture have expanded options improve the scheduling (IS) avocado. concept featuring those digital (DA). Here, we present mixture well-known studies focused on proximal sensing (PS) technologies recent emphasizing potential remote (RS), application schedule irrigation. PS takes advantage soil or trees' proximity output reliable measurements with high temporal resolution, while RS provides broad set spectral data continuous large areas that can be transformed into crop-related biophysical variables. Applications – term grouping mobile (smartphone) apps, desktop programs, web-based platforms offers portability, precision, graphic visualization variables obtained estimated by sensors. Integrating through user-friendly applications represent suitable option developing countries. Our review presented following sections: general introduction, DA approach definition, use sensing, applications.
